Application & Dosage
Dosage of Innova's RO Disinfectant depends upon the degree of biological fouling. The recommended dosage is as follows:- 

Shock Dose for Immediate Disinfection: 5-10% v/v conc. Continuous Dose for Round-the-clock disinfection: 2.5ppm on feed max. 

Membrane Cleaning: System should be disinfected with Innova RO Disinfectant, then flushed with permeate water and then circulate solution of High pH membrane cleaner for 30 min and soaked for 1-2hrs. Flush the system with permeate water and pass solution of High pH membrane cleaner (if required). Once again flush the system with permeate and return plant to normal service. 

The dosage of cleaning solution depends upon the frequency of cleaning and degree of fouling. 

Note: Replace the solution with new one if the cleaning solution becomes severely fouled and turbid. In multi-pass systems, best results can be achieved if each pass is individually cleaned.
